Solutions: check current density, optimize hanging fixture design, improve the pre-treatment process of the workpiece.

Poor adhesion of the electroplated layer

Possible reasons: inadequate pretreatment process, substrate surface contamination, abnormal plating solution composition.
Solution: strengthen degreasing and pickling processes, regularly analyze plating solution composition and make adjustments.

Mechanical operation is stuttering or has stopped.

Possible reasons: wear of the conveyor chain, control system failure, poor lubrication.
Solution: regularly maintain the chain, check the electrical control system, and timely add lubricating oil.

Excessive impurities in the plating solution

Possible reasons: low efficiency of the filtration system, sedimentation of impurities, insufficient purity of raw materials.
Solutions: use high-efficiency filters, regularly clean the tank liquid, choose high-purity chemicals.

Low electroplating efficiency

Possible reasons: low current efficiency, improper temperature control, unreasonable process parameter settings.
Solution: Optimize process parameters to ensure that the temperature and concentration of the plating solution are within standard ranges.
